The DU1D monitor is an industrial amplifier and monitor for strain gauges and strain gauge sensors.
There are external and internal (automatic) reset functions integrated.
For tie bar measurements the diameter can be entered to receive directly readings in kN or tons.
Application: this unit is used in combination with GE1029 tie bar strain sensors to perform locking force control without the need of any mechanical work.
Also the SB46, QE1008 (2 pieces) and LDK can be connected.
There is also no calibration of the system necessary.
The ALARM relay allows to stop the machine in case of overload.
Ideal to retrofit on existing machines.
There is an integrated intelligent reset function for cyclical applications.
